  1. Spoke to so-in-so today. Follow up on… (this is where we need a CRM to interconnect here for tasks, follow, calendar, etc.

  2. We should show the estimated onboarding numbers (that the account owner guesstimated at sign-up) under each onboarding number in parenthesis with light weight text. Then we can know at a glance how close they are to completing their onboarding.

  3. He didn’t create a 4-digit website PIN… he created a 3-digit with a space at the end. I had to guess to figure it out to see his website on the frontend using this PIN.

  4. Emailing back and forth with this chief. He seems interested in the product, but is running a very small volunteer department and was not sure how much budget he would have to spend. I forwarded the last email the guy sent me to Jason today and asked him to follow up on Thursday 2/29 which would be exactly one week after this account was created. – Ben
